Kelli OBrien and Elton at the Riverfront in Wilmington, Delaware

Hi, I’m kelli.

I am passionate about personalized nutrition because general wellness advice is problematic—your needs are unique, so picking a random wellness principle for yourself is unhelpful. Functional testing allows you to discover nutrient deficiencies, or see what’s actually going on with your hormones or gut microbiome. With actual data, we can choose targeted interventions based on a root-cause approach, not just band-aids.

I received my M.S. in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University. I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) candidate, currently working though 1,000 hours of supervised practice and mentorship from a licensed dietitian.

As far as my own health journey, I have personally had to navigate PCOS, celiac disease, and gestational diabetes, as well as food allergies in my son throughout his infancy. I also struggled with orthorexia and disordered eating in the past, so in addition to having a deep understanding of these areas, I can also relate on a personal level.
